Construction for our single-family homes scheduled to begin shortly! In collaboration with the City of Houston's Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD), Change Happens CDC is building seven (7) homes in the Acres Home and Settegast Super Neighborhoods for sale. The City of Houston will subsidize the purchase price of the homes up to $70,000, or more depending on a case-by-case basis. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), are also available for all lots being proposed for your aging-in-place family members at a minimal cost. Homebuyers Education Courses are required.
