Change Happens Community Development Corporation aims to help families to help themselves. We renovate dilapidated homes and neighborhoods. We construct single-family homes and multi-family complexes from the ground up. Our mission is to provide affordable housing to families especially in neighborhoods where rising costs prohibit low-to-moderate income earning families from living comfortably.
